March 23, 1959, which you sent us today.
I find only one
item
in it which is considered classified now from the point of view
of the Atomic Energy Commission, and that is the yield of [the
devices fired.
This item should be deleted prior to publi cation.
I understand that you have sent a copy of this draft rele
the Department of Defense. I will therefore not attempt
comment on any other aspects of this release except to say

if the Department of Defense has no objection to the release
of the exact time and location of the three detonations,
would have no objection.
