Some ofthesevere: the appointment of TW's of embarked troops; the firming up of troop concentration sreas ashore, and the like. The chief stumbling block te orderly planning of | the evacuation from a Naval point of view was thefact that Task Group 132.1 had no fire requirenents far passenger space (by name) aboard the transports and other ships of the Navy Task Group.
