Dear Dr.Barr:
Enclosed is a copy of "Notes and Observations On the Pacific Cratering
Expermment (PACE) Program Hearings On Ujilang Atoll, March 26-28,1973."
Although AEC has maintained a status of separation from the PACE Program,
despite the juxtaposition -f the AEC Radiolovical Survey and the PACE
operations on Enewctak, the attitudes of the people show a lack of separation
in their conceptualization of what has happened and is planned for their atd@ll.
For this reason, if for no other, I feel that the enclosed notes will be of
interest to you and to your organization.
I mailed you a copy of my final renort for the survey last week when T
sent Dr,Nervik his copy. I also answeredDr.Soymourstetter, enclosed
