The next meeting of the AEC Bio-Medical Program Directors
will be held on Monday and Tuesday, February 17-18, 1964, at the Health
and Safety Laboratory of the New York Operations Office, 376 Hudson St.,
New York City.
Dr. John Harley will act as host to the group.
The

appropriate Managers of Operations and Lab Directors have been requested

to extend an invitation to the Program Directors in their areas to attend,

and invitations to all others have been sent direct by Dr. Dunham.

All reservations will be made at the Hotel New Yorker.

The NYOO affice may be reached quickly by using the subway (IRT) under

the hotel marked "West Side Local"

Please fill in the enclosed form indicating if you or an
alternate will attend this meeting, what dates you will need hotel
accommodations, etc. The facilities at HASL are not adequate for a large
group,

therefore, you are requested not to invite another representative

from your office, as Dr. Dunham previously stated you may do if the host

lab is prepared to handle a group larger than the usual number of program
directors.

Suggestions for agenda items for the DBM program the
afternoon of the 18th should be forwarded to me for Dr. Dunham's
consideration. A copy of the program will be sent to you when completed
