Dear Mr. Johnston:
We are forwarding for your acceptance three signed copies
of an apreement between the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission
and the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands in which
the AEC is providing partial reimbursement for costs
incurred by the Trust Territory under Public Law No. 5-52
of the Congress of Micronesia, said law being entitled
the ‘Trust Territory Pallout Survivors Act."
If this agreement meets with your approval, it is requested
that one signed completed copy be returned to this office
as soon as possible in order that the program as outlined
can be implemented.
