IV.
General Provisions
13.
It is the intention of the parties to this
agreement that the terms of
agreement shall survive any
change in the political status of the Marshall Islands,
subject to the wishes of the Bikini people.
14.
The execution of this document in no way
constitutes an admission that the Trust Territory of the
Pacific Islands defendants have submitted to the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the District
of Hawaii.
