Install, maintain and operate VHF relay equipment in two
C-47 aircraft,

(1) Install, maintain and operate communications and «
electronics facilities in assigned aircraft to provide:

Air-to-ground mission progress and position réporting,

Radar for navigation and positioning.

Identification for control and positioning.
To assure these capabilities, commnications-clectronics
