Enclosed for your review is proposed Interagency Agreement
No, DE-AIO8-79EV10017.
The Department has attempted to replace the old agreement,
EY-76-A-28-3159, which expired on September 30, 1978, with
one which addresses obligations vou have undertaken through
TTPI P.L. 7-116.
We have attempced also to improve the
administrative potential by incorporating more specifics.

We have not as yet received funding to implement this agreement
but expect this will be forthcoming shortly after its execution.
If the agreement is satisfactory and thus executed we will
look
forward to receiving funds and working with you or your designees
toward its successful implementation.
