BRIEF HISTORY OF STATION:
This station was established by JTF-7 on the same coral head where the USN 1944
intersection station "Reef" was located.
It has been a primary station in all
subsequent surveys and is the origin of coordinates (N 100,000, E 100,000) for
the "Ivy" grid.
