It is set in concrete 1 foot above the ground surface. RM #2 is in good condition. It is a transit tack driven into a triangular lead plug driven into a hole in a prominent coral ledge on the ocean reef, directly opposite the station. RM #2 is in good condition. It is a transit tack driven into a circular lead plug driven into a hole in the ocean reef opposite the south end of the sand spit.
