The work desoribed above has been modified considerably
by an engineering study which will be submitted for approvel of the Field Manager probably this week. The
engineering study and estimate of cost will include additional work on the Elmer and Fred distribution systems
not noted above; however, the changes will provide mich

believed the work can be accomplished for about the same
