I would like to propose that we discuss the organization
and responsibilities of those ASEV segments supporting
programs on Enewetak on the afternoon of the 5 June
without any staff observers.
That since DOES appears to be represented at our meetings Lao
by an observer/resource person both Biomedical,fand
Environmental Program of DBER should be invited to attend
in the same function.
Vic Nelson would like the names and Social Security numbers
of all people:
DOE, Advisory Group and others (EG&G?)
as soon as possible.
Vic Noshkin should be informed if the attendees want
accommodations. LLL gets a good discount at the Holiday .Inn.
The Advisory Group's time plus travel is going to be
significant. I think that you should require funding
from Hal Hollister to cover say 15-20 days and travel
for each member. I don't see why this should be required
to impact DMC or Program Office budgets.
