1. AS a result of preliminary evaluation of RANGER data,
the Director, Los Alamos Scientific Laboratory, has, by teletype

2. The Division of Military Application concurs with this
recommendation.
It should be noted that GREENHOUSE plans include
emergency capabilities for either a tower shot or an air drop with
RANGER-type ground instrumentation and air collection of samples
for radiochemical analysis.
