Dear Mr.
Johnston:
I am happy to report that I am out of the hospital and recovering ~
satisfactorily from my back condition. [I understand that Mr. Law
had arranged for use of your ship, Hafa Adai for our survey to arrive
at Kwajalein March 9th for onloading and to leave Kwajalein March
10th for Rongelap. We will follow through the schedule as outlined
in my previous letter to you, on the advanced basis.
It is requested that if possible Mr. Sebio Shoniber, Mr. Nelson
Zetkeia, and one of your medical practictioners be made available
for the survey. They should arrive at Kwajalein in time to meet
the above ship schedule. Again, I am informing various members of
the Trust Territory of these plans by copy of this letter,
