It is conceivable that information of this operation
may leak to the press at any time.
Any inquiries made to this
office which indicate such a leak has occurred will be forward
immediately to General MacCormack.

In the event of a serious leak, it is believed that
the proposed press release as agrecd to by The Secretary of Do
fense and the AEC should be used as the official announcement.
It is understood that such announcement would be made by the &!
