The Atomic Energy Commission has requested the Armed Forces to undertake the major portion of the necessary construction work at the Proving Ground. Lt. General J. Forces in the E, Hull, Commanding General of Army Ground Pacific, has been appointed to coordinate the ac- tivities of the Army, Navy and Air Force in the construction anc preparation of the Proving Ground.
