“Ray is being answered at ERDA headquarters in Washington and you will
no doubt receive copies of the correspondence.
I have no record of having received the letters from cither of
you that you referred to, and would appreciate receiving copies of
these letters. Also IT have not received an acknowledgment of my
letter to Representative Balos dated April 26th written just after
the March-April medical survey and outlining some of the complaints
of the people (copy enclosed).
The conclusions regarding “decendants' in Public Law 5-52 were
outlined in the TTPL-ERDA Agreement reached after consultation with
representatives of the Congress of Micronesia.
