RESPONSES TO LETTERS FROM UTIRIK AND RONGELAP
Imclosed for your signature are the responses to the letters
from the people of Utirik and Rongelap. These responses were
prepared with input from BNL, Roger Ray, NV, and Bill Brown, OGC.
The plan is now to have these translated in Marshallese in
preparation for transmittal at the time of Bill Burr's visit in
early February.
Also enclosed is an outline for the discussions between the

Trust Territory and ERDA on the changes in the medical program.
