Cameras were mounted in tandem inside the structure and directed at two different angles. Each compartment contained two ports set with 3”-thick glass and was covered with plexiglass shields. A 10’x 10’ wooden frame building located behind the camera station housed two generators and provided support for a television-transmit- ting antenna. A total of 19 cubic yards of concrete was poured, with an average 28-day strength of 3,000 psi. led at the top of each pipe.
