The P2V and destroyer search of the Eniwetok/Bikini Langer drea nmadem contacts. ds a matter of interest, a destroyer ~ ‘ security sweep on 17 Feburary 195, encountered ons Japanese fishing vessel, the Hiyagikenajinoickonpiramarn, 26 nantical miles on true bearing of 40 degrees from Enivetok Islani. This ship was escorted toward the northern eige of the Danger drea ard left on course 315 degrees, 9 knots with the recommendation that air patrol observe its subsequent movements. No further contacts with this ship were reported. As a summary, the CIC BAIROZD was contacted periodically pre-shot and reported no transient shipping in the area. Qe R. 4.
