COMMISSION ACTION CONCERNING THE DELZGATION GF AUTHORITY TO THE
TEST DIRECTOR
1.
At its meeting on January 13, 1918, the Commission approved, with
one addition, the delegation of authority to the AEC Test Director drafted in
your division. It direoted that an additional REYERRNCE be added, which would
refer to tha top pecret Meaorandum for the President from the Chairman of the
Comission which was also approved at this Commission meeting.

the Aating General Manager has requested that you take the necessary
implementing aation on this deciaton.

It is further requested that a copy of any implementing papers be
furnished the Office of the Secretary.
