transport planes operate. Because of this there haa been an emphasis
on prumpt transmissionof upper alr data only to levels below 20,0(M
feet. For an operation such as Sandstone, it is suggested that all
rawinsonde data be transmitted in their entirety to the highest levels
obtained.
