necessary gear, dunnage, car~-handling personnel, loading equipment,
etc., as required to augment the facilities of the 2d ESB.

Insure that copies of the manifests are sent to destination
by air as soon as vessel completes l~ding.
Iv. TH8 ~LtVANDING GZNERA1, 2d ESB, WILL:

Furnish such loading personnel, lighterage and other necessary
equipment as he can make available without interferingwith other
missions of his comrmd.
b. !laintainliaison with the Commanding Lfficer, Seattle Port
of ‘Aarkation, in order that the latter nmy be fully informal of
equipment to be loaded and any other information required.
