Medical care, up to but not includinghospitalization,for all Air Force personnel on Kwajalein, will be the responsibilityof the Jointly operatedar TransportServic-Air Task Group ?.4 Dispe~ary. Air 11’orce personnel requiring hospitalizationwill be the responsibility of the Naval Dispensary. . 2. Medical personnel of Air TaskGroup 7.4 (pro~) ~o~ard will be m@e bvailable to the Xavall)ispensaryof Task Group 7.7 as follotnl:. a, One Medical Officer (3150) will be provided to perform all smergency surgical procedures as requlmd~ ~ those elective P- ceduree that he deems necessary for maintenance of health and welfare. His place of duty will be in the Naval Dispensary for surgical procedures and oq the Surgical Ward for the care of surgical patients. He will assis% in the ●creenlmg of all prospective surgical patients in the LT.% Dispensary. In the event that there are no surgical procedures in prospect or surgical patients on the Ward. he will locate himself either inthe A.T.S. Dispensary or in the Xaval Dispensary, as the situation dictates. b. One Dental Officer (3170) will perform his duties in the &T+S.
