Exposures will be somewhat above current levels inthe U.S., but the small risk seems pezinissible in relation to the desire of the people to return. ee To assure exposures that will be as low as practicable: a. Villages and residences to be located on ELMER, FRED, DAVID, or other southern islands (ALVIN-K&ITH). b. Travel and visits may be unrestricted to all islands -except YVONNE. When Pu contamination on YVONNE is removed, the restriction of travel to that island may be lifted. c. Coconut excepted, growth of animal and vegetable sub- d.
