The following updstes the information on this subject with respect
to eur last momorandum dated May 4, 1966 (copy attached).
The five cases mentioned pn page 2, paragreph 2, were brought from
Rongelep to Brockheven during the latter half of Msy and admitted to
the Medical Department on Mey 26, 1966. After thorough evaluation
they were transferred te the New Koglsad Deaconess Mospital, Bostan,
fer subtotal thyroidectonies. Following operation, they were returacé
te Brookhaves on June 1), discharged from Brockhsven ou June 16, sad
returned home.

patients were femeles with present ages of 46, 20, 15, 13, and 13,

All showed edencmcteous golters with modules varying from ene large
single nedule te multiple omell ones; ome patient had « emell nodule
with Murtle calle which, while amaplestic, sre aot secesearily
neoplastic.
