I want you to know how valuable the efforts of Irene Hays and
Ray Baalman were in getting this Program Plan developed and
written. They not only made important contributions to the
plan itself, but they worked many long hours including nights
and weekends to complete the numerous revisions required to
respond headquarter's comments.
Your "premonition" in assigning Irene to us still amazes me.
She very ably
picked up the pieces when Ray was confined
to the hospital and, with Ray's helping as much as he could
from his "sick bed", Irene got the job done. As you know,
at times it was extremely difficult.
I know that Mrs. Clusen
and Dr. Wachholz are as much appreciative of their efforts as
Cari and I are.
