Mr. Strauss read the citations accompanying Certificates of
Appreciation which he presented, on behalf of the Commission, to

Messrs, Traynor, McDaniel and Weil, for their outstanding services in
connection with the International Scientific Conference at Geneva. In
addition, Mr. Strauss read the citation accompanying a Certificate of
Appreciation for Mr. John P, McKnight of the Department of State who
was not present at the meeting.
At this point all members of the staff except Messrs. Mitchell,
McCool and Oakley left the meeting.
