PASO met with Mr. M.D. Henderson, Marine Surveyor, who performed |
the Report of Survey signed January 2, 1979 (copy attached).

The report on the ship, Captain and crew is uniformly complimentary

and the surveyor had no recommendations upon completion of the

survey.

Holmes & Narver and the Director of PASO met personally with
Commander A. Utara of the USCG in Honolulu to ascertain
registration and licensing requirements for the R. V. Liktanur II
and crew.

for papers that the crew, including the Captain must have,
. that two thirds of the crew be classified as AB.
