d. NORMAL EXPENSES
(1) Normal serviceor agency operationalexpensesare administered by each of the servicesor agenciesin accordance
with their various regulationsand instructions. JTF interest in this aspect is limitedto:
(a) Coordinationof planninginformationto the services
in order to permit properbudgetingactionby the
service.
(b) The acceptabilityof the military contributionof
each serviceunder the operationalcontrolof the
CJIFas properlytrainedand equippedto perform
the JCS approvedmission assignedto the services.
(c) Receivingcost reports coveringall readilyidentifiable costs to the contributingserviceof their
participationin JTF operations,in compliancewith
Hq, JTF-7 SOP 172-6o3,dated 9 August 1957.
e. EXTRANILITARY EXPENSES
(1) As outlinedabove, CJTF-7 is providedfunds to meet anticipatedoperatingexpensesin certaincategoriesover
