CTG 7.4 will provideand operatean interatollairlift systembetween Eniwetokand Bikini Atolls,with flightsto other atolls or islandsin support of the Joint Task Force Sm mission. The followingofficeswill be establishedto provideairlift,requirementsb;or CTG 7.4 to establishand operate an interatoll(Eniwetokand Bikini) and off-atoll(weatherand other islmds) airlift operationwithin assigned aircraftcapabilityat Eniwetok and Bikini atolls during the build-up,operational, and roll-up phases of HARDTACK. c. At Eniwetok Atoll (1) EPG TransportAirlift OperationOffices (EAO),staffedby CTG 7.4, will be establishedat Fmiwetokanrl’Bikini Atollsto receiveairli?t requestsfrom the Senior TransportationControl k<ent (STCA)as providedby CTG 7.5. Airlift aircraftwill be centrallycontrolledand dispatchedby EAO. (a) The EniwetokAirliftOperationsOffice willbe locatedin the existingbase operationsoffice with suitableoffice space, radio,and telephonecommunicationsfor expeditiousreceiptof airliftreauestsand to maintain operationalcontrol of aircraft. (b) If NAN Airstrips made unserviceablefor any reason, amphibiousaircrafttill operatebetween ?Miwetokand Bikini atolls on a limitedbasis for the airlift of high prioritypersonnel,cargo, sample return, etc. (2) The Senior TransportationControl Agent (STCA)will be located in the EhiwetokBase OperationsOffice and will be manned by Task Group 7.5. CTG 7.5 will be respmsible for coordinationwith all interestedTGIS to developthe TCA system. Suitableoffice space, radio, and telephone communicationswill be providedfor the expeditiousreceiptof requirements and coordinationwith the airlift operationsoffice. A STCA branch office will be located at NAN to serve the Bikini AirliftOperationsOffice. (a) The STCA will consolidaterecmirements,allocateairlift space, establishpriorities,book passengersand cargo,and operatean air freightand passengersectionat FR~ and NAN Islandsto providecargo handling,to include loac!ingand tie-clown aboard aircraft.
