Chapter 8 = Protocol
Soon after arrival in the Eniwetok Proving Grounds, it became apparent
that Task Group 7.4 required a protocol section to perform the many
duties incident to reception and accommodation of visiting Air Force personnel.
Accordingly, a Protocol Section, Task Group 7.) headed by Captain Testerman,
Headquarters Squadron Commander, was established and operated throughout the
