release to all media of a film adapted from IVY motj
picture and provided with a forepiece from the kinesc¢pe

thePresident's December 8 UNGA address and an aftar~
piece spoken by Governor Peterson. It is my unde
ing that there is no longer any policy misgiving abo
public issuance of the adapted version. However, all
concerned should see the film as it is actually propoged
for release and make final comments on it.
The print is expected in here on February 12 and we will
screen it for those concerned in Room 213 of our building
