regarding arrangements for accomodations of news media representa-
tives.
Aleo attached is a copy of a June 5, 1953 memo on the same subject
from Shelby Thompson, AEC Division of Information Services, Washington,
D.C.
At the request of Mr. Southwick we have initisted a purchase order
to cover court reporter services indicated therein. Coordinator
