Dear Bob:

The Marshallese arrived in Honolulu Friday evening, August 30,
and were met at the airport by Bill Streenan and his wife. The
following day (Saturday) the Streenans took them on a tour of
the city. The patients did some shopping, visited the zoo, and
saw points of interest in Honolulu.

Bill Streenan reports they

were in very good spirits and seemed to appreciate the attention
given them.
They departed from Honolulu early Junday morning via Air Micronesia to Majuro. Sebio Shoneber went only to Majuro, while

on to Kwajalein (Ebeye),

While in Honolulu, the four patients appeared to be feeling very
well and required no medical treatment. Bebio dressed the incisions of
In all, Sebio took most excellent
care of the group. I believe Bebio should be commended for his
conscientious effort in interpreting for the patients and doing
such a fine job in making their trip for medical treatment go
