I understand that Neil Rasmussen has left you for a job
with NASA. Since we are planning our next Marshallese survey
for next March, it would be appreciated if you would nominate
a new liaison officer to help us with our program. I was sorry
to hear that Neil had left since he had done an excellent job
as liaison officer.
I will be in touch with you in the near
future concerning plans for the next survey.
It will probably
not be quite as extensive as last years survey.
We will still
concentrate on the thyroid problem since that still causes us
a lot of worry. The transportation problems will also need
to be worked out before too long.
