Reference is made to letter, Commander, Joint Task Force Seven,
27 April 1959)subject:
“Organization for Future Testing.“
2. The referenced letter has been reviewed and I consider your
proposed approach to the problem a suitable point of departure.

I recommend that we convene a meeting of the study group
limited to the principal members and one alternate for each principal
at 1400, Monday, 11 May 1959.
I will be happyto provide a confer-
ence room in this headquarters and to furnish a recorder and the
necessary stenographic assistance to-the group.

h, It 4s recommended that we limit the agenda for the first
meeting to consideration of objectives, concept of organization and —
lines of command or control.
5. An identical letter has been sent to the Commander, Joint
Task Force Seven.
