BAKERY BUILDING
This is a one stary, double roofed, prefabricated aluminum building erected on
a concrete alab; the slab includes an 18" thick oven foundation, size 1i'-2" x

10'~1"; complete with electrical wiring and fixtures; the plusbing includes
piping for hot and cold water, stem, and condensate, and an oil line; telephone
installation, and aluminum partitioning.

The aise of this building inside is

2h'-O" wide x 46'-8 1/2" long x 10'-O" high. The total floor area of this
building is 1,255 square fest, and the total content is 11,688 cubic feet.

A concrete slab 6'-0" x 10'-O" provides a foundation for a covered passage way
to the adjoining Mess Hall; a 300-gallon oi] storage tank is mounted on concrete
piers '-O" above ground at the Morthwest cornsr of the buildings all windows
and exit doors are scremed.

This building contains the following equipment and furniture: One 60 cubic foot
and one 80 cubic foot reach-in refrigeratora; one single and one double stain-

less steel sinks; two ice cream cabinets; one freezers one hardening cabinet;
three mixers; one steam kettle; one doughmut kettle; one bake oven with hood and
exhaust fanj one fan with stands one scale; one juice extractor; two proof boxes;
two bread racks; ons bun divider; one stainless steel bins one bench; one fry
kettle; and three wrk tables.
