That the Atomic Energy Commission:
a. Approve the proposed reply to the Joint Chiefs of
Staff in the letter attached as Appendix "ANS and
b. Approve the proposed letters to the Secretary of
the Treasury and the Secretary of Defense in Appendices
"BY and "C"s; and
c, Note that no other collateral action is required
in connection with this report.
