CONSTRUCTION The antenna foundations for this facility will be designed by TC in the field. TC will furnish and erect three (3) 110-ft. high log periodic ionospheric antennas on sites to be selected Post-GO. Selection of a 390 x 480-ft. transmitting area and a 190 x 370-ft. receiving area will be required. The antennas will be provided with ground planes which will extend into the sea.
