CONSTRUCTION Current plans provide for combining and enlarging the Secure Trailer Compound and the Technical Trailer Park at Hickam AFB (see Vol. Il, Plot and Site Plans, HAFB). The work will be accomplished in two (2) phases; Phase I will be accomplished in FY 1969 and Phase Il in FY 1971. Phase I (A) The wooden fence along the east side of the Technical Trailer Park will be removed and a chain link security fence will be installed 10 feet from and parallel to the clear zone. (B) The security fence along the south side of the trailer park will be extended to take in the balance of the area west of the substation. *Includes cost of engineering and procurement.
