Additional air conditioning ducts and additional joists to support them will be
installed. The entire building will be air conditioned by a unit located outside
the building.
A new power distribution panel and additional 120 volt and 250 volt receptacles
will be installed.
The existing fluorescent light fixtures will be rearranged.
