At Information Meeting 1066 on October 12, 1976, the Commission:
a.
Approved an "inconvenience payment" of $100
per person to the Utirik population to be funded from
the budget of the Division of Biology & Medicine; and
b. Approved the proposed letter to the Department
of the Interior informing them of AEC approval of the
"inconvenience payment" and requesting Interior guidance
on the matter.
The Division of Biology & Medicine is taking the appropriate action,
