RADSAFE OPERATIONS

Dr. Bugher has asked that the attachments be forwarded to you.
I spoke with Colonel Cowan today, seeking permission to copy the
Gushing letter, and learned that he had intended visiting you
in Hew York in the not-too-distant future to discuss radsafe
matters. However, when he heard that you are in Washington at

rather regular intervals, he suggested that if you would contact

him on your next trip down he wouldn't mind at all not having to
make the trip to New York! He wants to discuss the whole radsafe
operation with you, and also ascertain your space requirements
for luggage and equipment, and your date of departure, etc.
Would you, therefore, please remind me to remind you to contact
Colonel Cowan on your next trip to ‘Jashington!
Hope you're having a grand vacation.
