reference symbol éFCAT~1/€WTD regarding off-site sampling for Operation
Hardtack.
The uroposed program of sampling flights to be conducted from
Guam ie entirely satisfactory for our purpoeser.
As agreed between “r. J. Z. Holland of this cffice and Lt. Col. Raiph
Glary of your organization, the samples should be delivered by the
Armed Services Courier System to our analysis contractor: Tracerlab,
Inc., Western Division, 2030 Wright Awenue, Richmond, California. he
understand that this is on a regular courler route and that delivery
can be made during ordinary working hours, Monday through Friday. Nr.
Abel DeHaar, Jr., Gereral Manager of Traserlab, kestern Division, has
given us the list of cleared veople who will be eligible te receive
the samples, These names, which have beer civen to Lt. Col. Clary by
telephone, are as follows:
