1.
At Meeting 295 on July 27, 19h9 the Comission considered the draft
Quarterly Progress Report to the Joint Committee for the ceriod April - June 199,
together with a draft of the foreword te this report (A"O 129/12 and 129/13).
The Commission:
a.
Aoproved,
with revisions uilrected at tha meeting, the Quarterly
b.
Requested that the foreword (A°. 129/13) be revised.in the light
Progress 2eport to the Joint Comsittee (AS 129/12); and
of the discussion at the aveting and resubmitted.
2.
The Leputy General Manager has requestei that you take the necessary
implementing action on this decision. We have scheduled this item on the agenda
for tomorrow's Commission meeting. At that time the Comission can ba asked to
consider the revised foreword requested in b above or if you have already obtained
individual approvals, the action can be introwecai into the record at tomorrow's
meeting.
3.
it is further requested that a ewooy of any imakmenting papers be furnished the Office of the Secretary.
