A frequency control officer should be ordered to the staff of
CJTF 7 sufficiently early to coordinate all frequency requirements. In order

The need of a TG 7.1 Command and Firing Control Ship has
been reconfirmed. Every effort should be made to improve the performance

early as possible in order to permit the delivery of equipment at the PPG

Air Operations

Early agreement should be reached by the Task Force and
Task Groups as to the numbers and types of hciicopters and Ia{son type
aircraft required. Both planning and utilization would be improved by an
early general understanding of the types and estimated numbers of missions
to be performed during the operation.
