Owing to the fact that three new members had recently teen
arpointed, the meeting was shorter than our usual three-day session. We
rezret that cwing to circumstances beyond control most of the merbers of
ure Ccxomissicon end the Cencral Menager were unable to attend, which unfortunately greatly detracted from the value of this meeting.
