3.- Argonne Reactor School Ceremonies. It was agreed that an appropriate ceremony might be developed along the following lines:
(a) a
dinner to be sponsored by the University of Chicago at a University
dining room;
(b) principal speakers to be the leading figure associated
with U.S, interests in the international peacetime applications of nuclear
energy ~ either Ambassador Patterson or Chairman Strauss;
foreign scientific speaker from a nation represented
(ad) a spokesman from the student body;
(c) a leading
in the student body;
(e) in addition to the students,
country representation at the dinner would probably be by the ambassadors
concerned.
5. The next meeting of the Working Group will be held on Thursday,
February 10, at 11 a.m., in room 7258 New State,
