I am enrlosing a copy of Dr. Feit's staff paper on
the use af Taongi. The only comment I would like
to make is that the assumptions changed somewhat
between the time this report was prepared and when
Mr. Gibbims' study was made. In our present thinking the construction is much less than even the
minimal case treated in the enclosed 7.1 material.
